Lintelus — Privacy Policy

Introduction

Lintelus is a structural intelligence engine built for executive decision-making. We designed this product from the ground up with a privacy-first architecture. The sensitive business challenges you bring to Lintelus stay with you. This policy explains exactly how we handle your information — in plain language, without legal obfuscation.

1. Data Retention

Lintelus retains your data only as long as needed to provide the features you've chosen.

Free tier: your inputs are processed to generate your analysis and are not saved to our database. Once your session ends, nothing about that analysis persists on our servers.

Pro tier: your analysis results are saved to your account so you can revisit them in Analysis History. You can delete any single saved analysis, or your entire history, at any time from the Analysis History page in the app.

Deleted analyses are removed immediately and cannot be recovered.

Regardless of tier, we do not use your inputs to train AI models, and we do not share your strategic inputs with other users or third parties. These commitments are independent of how long analysis results are stored.

2. What We Collect and Why

We collect the minimum information necessary to operate the service.

During an active session: your text input is processed to generate a structured analysis. What happens to that input afterward depends on your tier — see Section 1 (Data Retention) for details.

If you contact us: your name and email address are collected solely to respond to your inquiry. They are not added to marketing lists or shared with third parties.

If you create an account or make a payment: account credentials and payment information are collected. Payment processing is handled by Stripe and governed by their privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

3. Third-Party AI Processing — Google Gemini 3 Flash

Lintelus is built on Lovable, a software development platform that manages AI infrastructure on our behalf. Your inputs are processed through Lovable’s platform to generate analysis outputs. Lovable’s data handling practices are governed by their privacy policy at lovable.dev/privacy.

4. What We Do Not Do

• We do not sell your data to any third party.
• We do not use your inputs to train AI models.
• We do not share your strategic inputs with other users.
• We do not use your inputs for advertising or marketing purposes.
• We do not use behavioral tracking or advertising cookies.

5. Security

All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted in transit using TLS. We implement industry-standard security practices appropriate to the nature and volume of data we process.

We limit stored data by design: Free tier inputs are never persisted, and Pro tier users can delete their stored analyses, individually or in full, at any time.

6. Your Rights

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have rights under GDPR including the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data.

If you are located in California, you have rights under CCPA including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to request deletion.

Because Lintelus retains minimal personal data by design, most requests can be fulfilled immediately. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@lintelus.io.

7. Cookies and Analytics

We may use minimal analytics to understand aggregate usage patterns — for example, how many analyses are run per day. These tools do not identify individual users or capture the content of your inputs. We do not use advertising cookies or behavioral tracking tools.

8. Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will provide notice on the Lintelus homepage for a minimum of 30 days before the change takes effect.
